Finding your way around Naval Domination may seem a little over whelming when you first visit the site. In this portion of the manual we will guide you from registration, to getting around in game.

Registration: To register view the home page and click “Register!” below the login box, or go directly to the registration page from here. Fill in the registration form to start your registration. “Username” is the name you will use to login to the site, in combination with your password. For your password ensure you pick something that you will remember, and that no one else will be able to guess. It is recommended you use a combination of letters and numbers. You must use an active email, as we will send you an email confirming your registration. “Captain” is the name other players will see, once a month you will have an opportunity to change this name. Select your country of residence, your gender, and if you have been provided with one, use a promotion code to get a one-time bonus. Once you have finished filling in the form click “Sign Up.” You will then be taken to a page with some more instructions, and you will be sent an email with your activation code. If you fail to receive it, email one of the admin.

Main Page: Once you login in, the login box will be replaced with a short navigation menu.

• Play Classic ND – This will bring you into the Classic ND interface
• Play New World – This will bring you into the New World, which is not covered by this manual
• Options – Allows to change your password, email, or delete your account.
• Messages – Here you can read and send messages to other players
• Hall of Fame – Shows you the winners from Classic ND round 33 and beyond.
• Logout – Logs you out of the game.

Classic ND Interface: Once you enter Classic ND you now have a much larger navigation menu, as well as the status page. The status page gives you a brief over view of your game stats, allows you to vote for ND at two Online Gaming sites and has some extra links at the bottom. Account Functions allows you to “Reset” your account. Use this if you have been playing and have hit a point where you have beaten down so badly there is no chance of recovery. A warning however, you may reset your account as many times as you like within a 24 hour period, but once that period has passed, you may not reset it again for one week. You can enable vacation mode, which freezes your account for at least 3 days. Your account will be reactivated when you log in after the 3 days have passed. If you are on vacation mode for more then 15 days your account will be deleted. There is also the option to change the look of Classic ND by changing the skin.

The navigation menu will bring you to the other parts of the game;

• Status – As described above
• Production Adv. – Shows you how much money food and metal you are producing a tick. Also shows you your max crew, your total crew, and how many more crew will be available next tick.
• Build Summary – Shows the status of your purchases, when they will be completed, and how many.
• Rankings – Shows the ranking of all the players in the game.
• News – Updates you on attacks and production of units, buildings, or the exploration of new territory.
• Buildings – Purchase new structures here.
• Military – Purchase new units here.
• Operations – Here you can perform radar sweeps, which will let you know if there are enemy ships aproching.
• Attack – Send your fleets to attack other captains from here.
• Fleets – Shows the status of your fleets
• Exploration – Send your crew to explore new territory from here
• Trading Post – Trade gold for food, food for gold, metal for gold, or gold for metal.
• Relations – Manage your relations with other players here.
• Main – Takes you back to the home page.
• Forums, Chat, Messages – These are all pretty self explanatory.
