It may occur that you spend your resources in the wrong places after signing up, or are attacked (and lose vital buildings), and end up without enough resources, (or without the correct resources) to build the neccessary buildings to play this game. If this happens, or if you just want to restart your game (and regain the default resources), go to the Status on the sidebar. Choose preferences. Then follow the links to restart your account.
WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR CURRENT BUILDINGS, UNITS, RESOURCES, ETC. IT WILL RESTORE YOUR ACCOUNT BACK TO ONLY THE RESOURCES YOU HAD WHEN YOU SIGNED UP WITH THE GAME.
